Symbiotic-GU-06: A Study to Learn About PF-08634404 Alone or In Combination With Enfortumab Vedotin in Urothelial Cancer

Symbiotic-GU-06: Testing new treatments for bladder cancer.

Phase 1/2

This study is about testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 for bladder cancer that has spread, known as locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (LA/mUC). Researchers want to see if the medicine is safe, how it works in the body, and its effects on cancer. Two groups are involved:

  • Cohort A: Patients who already had other treatments will receive PF-08634404 alone.
  • Cohort B: Patients without previous treatments will receive PF-08634404 with another medicine called enfortumab vedotin.

Participants get the medicine through a vein (IV infusion) and will have regular visits for check-ups and tests. If the cancer worsens but the medicine helps and side effects are manageable, treatment may continue.

  • Adults (18+) with specific bladder cancer may join.
  • Regular health check-ups and scans are required.
  • Participation lasts as long as the treatment is effective and safe.

The study involves some risks and requires a screening to see if participants qualify. If interested, talk to a doctor about joining.
