Study Overview: This study is looking at how safe and effective two types of extra medicines are for adults with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) when used along with insulin. These medicines are called GLP-1RA and SGLTi. The study will last for one year.
GLP-1RA and SGLTi are special medicines that help control blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. They work differently than insulin, which is why they are used as "adjunct" therapies, meaning they are added to regular insulin treatment.
Eligibility: To be in this study, you must be an adult (18 years or older) with T1D and already have a prescription for GLP-1RA or SGLTi. You should have been using these medicines for no more than one week. You also need to use a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and have data from it for at least one month before joining the study. Lastly, you must agree to take part in the study by signing a consent form.
- The study lasts for one year.
- You need to use a CGM device for the study duration.
- Participation requires informed consent.
