This study is for adults with relapsed or refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM), a **blood cancer** that returns or resists treatment. It compares a new drug, linvoseltamab, alone or with another drug called carfilzomib, to standard treatments. The goal is to find if this new approach helps patients live longer or have better results than current treatments.
The study will check for **side effects** and see how the body handles the new drug. Some people might make antibodies that can affect how well the drug works or cause side effects.
- Participants need to have had 1-3 previous treatments, including specific types.
- They should not have certain other diseases or symptoms.
- Participation involves regular monitoring for safety and effectiveness.
Consider joining if you've had limited prior treatments but haven't tried T cell-based immunotherapies. The study could offer new hope if current treatments aren't working well.
