This study looks at how well the Integrity Implant System works for people with a rotator cuff tear needing extra support, with or without repair. A rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons in your shoulder that help lift and rotate your arm. The study checks if the implant lowers the chance of the tear happening again without causing problems.
Doctors will use MRI (a special scan that makes pictures of the inside of your body) to see how well the implant is working 12 months after surgery. They will also check how happy patients are with their shoulder movement and how they feel using different scoring systems like the ASES Shoulder Score and Constant-Murley Score.
- Participants must be adults (18+) and able to follow study directions and visits.
- People who are pregnant, or have certain health conditions, can't join this study.
- The study will involve regular check-ups and questionnaires to track progress.
