This study is for people with advanced ovarian cancer, a type of cancer that affects the ovaries. The study is testing a new medicine called *sacituzumab tirumotecan* (sac-TMT), which is a targeted therapy. This means it works by focusing on specific cancer cells to stop them from growing and spreading. Researchers want to know if sac-TMT helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to the standard treatments people usually receive.

Standard care after surgery and chemotherapy often includes maintenance treatment or observation. Maintenance treatment uses medicines like bevacizumab to keep cancer from coming back.

• Participants will receive sac-TMT either with or without bevacizumab.
• Eligibility includes having completed certain surgeries and chemotherapy, and having well-controlled health conditions like HIV.
• Participants must not have other serious health issues or additional active cancers.
