This research examines if the drug PP-01 can help reduce withdrawal symptoms in adults who stop using cannabis (a drug from the marijuana family). Participants must have Cannabis Use Disorder (CUD), which means they have trouble stopping or reducing cannabis use. The study lasts about 78 days, including a one-week hospital stay. During this time, participants will take either PP-01, nabilone (a medicine used to treat nausea), or a placebo (a harmless pill). Participants will also visit the clinic six times and have two online appointments.
