Phase 2

Study Overview: This study is for people with high blood pressure, also called hypertension (HTN), who finished an earlier study with the medicine called QCZ484. The study aims to check how safe and effective QCZ484 is when taken for a longer time. People will get the medicine as a shot under the skin (SC) every six months (Q6M).

Who Can Participate: To join, you need to have completed the earlier study safely. You also need to sign a form saying you understand and agree to be in the study. If you have certain heart conditions or liver problems, you may not be able to join.

  • Length of Study: This study is an extension, so it continues after the first study for long-term observation.
  • Visits: Participants will have follow-up visits at regular intervals after taking the medicine every six months.
  • Risks: There are some risks like heart or liver problems, so doctors will monitor you closely.
