This study is exploring how well a new drug called ENV-294 works for adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, a skin condition also known as eczema. Researchers want to know if this drug can reduce skin symptoms and what side effects it might have. Participants in the study will take either the drug or a placebo (a pill with no medicine) every day for 12 weeks. A placebo is used to compare and see if the real medicine is working.

They will need to visit the clinic every 2 to 4 weeks for tests and checkups, and keep a diary to track their symptoms and medicine intake. The final clinic visit will occur around week 16. To join, participants must have had eczema for at least a year, with certain scores indicating the severity of their condition.
