This study is comparing two diabetes management systems: Omnipod® 6 and Omnipod® 5. People aged 14-75 with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes can join. The study lasts 30 weeks with two main phases, each lasting 13 weeks. Participants will use one system first, then switch to the other. There's a 4-week extension to test Omnipod® 6 more. Participants must already be using an insulin pump or multiple daily insulin shots and a continuous glucose monitor. They need to have an HbA1c, a measure of blood sugar levels, of 7.5% or higher.
**Key Points:**
- The study runs for about 30 weeks.
- Participants must provide their own insulin.
- Participants should be ready to use the devices and follow the study rules.
*Note*: People with certain health conditions or those recently participating in other clinical trials won't be eligible. Participants must also be okay with using specific types of insulin and sign a consent form.
