Study of Zoldonrasib + Chemo of Investigator's Choice vs Placebo + Chemo of Investigator's Choice as First-line Treatment in Metastatic KRAS G12D-mutated Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma ( RASolute 305 )

Testing Zoldonrasib with chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer.

Phase 3

This study is testing a new drug called zoldonrasib combined with chemotherapy to see if it helps people with a specific type of pancreatic cancer. The study compares this drug combo to a placebo (a fake treatment) plus chemotherapy. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is a kind of cancer that starts in the pancreas, and KRAS G12D is a mutation in the cancer cells. The study is *randomized* (participants are randomly assigned to groups) and *double-blind* (neither doctors nor patients know who gets the real drug or placebo).

To join, you must be at least 18, have confirmed pancreatic cancer with the KRAS G12D mutation, and not have had previous treatments for advanced cancer. The study will decide the chemotherapy type, either mFFX or GnP, and you must be able to take pills. You can't join if you've had certain other treatments or surgeries recently, or if you cannot attend study visits.

  • Study involves multiple visits and procedures.
  • Potential to receive investigational treatment.
  • Participants must be able to take oral medication and follow study requirements.
