Phase 3

This study tests a new drug called **enicepatide** for people who are overweight or have obesity and also have Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM). **Enicepatide** is a special kind of medicine that acts like two hormones in your body, GLP-1 and GIP, which help control blood sugar and weight. The study will compare different doses of **enicepatide** to a placebo (a pill that doesn’t have medicine in it) to see how well it helps manage weight and if it's safe to use.

  • **Participants**: You should be able to take the drug yourself or have someone help you. You must have T2DM and have tried to lose weight before.
  • **Exclusions**: You cannot join if you have other types of diabetes, certain heart issues, or have taken similar drugs recently.
  • **Study Details**: You will be on the study drug or placebo and your progress will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.
