This study is testing a new treatment called **CevosPd** for people with a type of blood cancer called **multiple myeloma (MM)**. Multiple myeloma happens when cancer cells build up in bone marrow, the soft tissue inside bones. The trial compares CevosPd to the usual treatments, called **standard of care (SOC)**, to see which works better and is safer. CevosPd combines three drugs: **cevostamab**, **pomalidomide**, and **dexamethasone**. Participants must have tried one to three treatments before, including an **anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody (mAb)** and **lenalidomide**, but haven't gotten enough help from them.
- The study is for people with a good activity level and specific MM diagnosis.
- Participants cannot have certain other health issues, like amyloidosis or GI problems.
- Eligibility requires having a measurable disease during screening.
If you join, doctors will monitor your health. This may include tests and visits over time to see how well the treatment works for you. Be sure to understand the risks and benefits before participating.
