This study aims to understand the immune response and safety of a new chickenpox vaccine for healthy children aged 12-15 months. Chickenpox, also known as varicella, is a disease causing itchy rashes and fever. The study compares a new vaccine (VNS Vaccine) with an existing one called Varivax. Only children who haven't had chickenpox or the vaccine can join.
The study checks how the children's immune systems respond and monitor any side effects. Parents will need to agree to this study and ensure their child can attend follow-up visits. Children with certain health issues, like allergies or previous vaccinations against chickenpox, can't join.
- Study involves follow-up visits to monitor health and immune response.
- Children must not have had chickenpox or a chickenpox vaccine before.
- Parents will provide consent and ensure compliance with study requirements.
