This study is testing a new drug, *mevrometostat*, combined with another drug, *enzalutamide*, for men with a type of prostate cancer called **mCSPC** (metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer). The study will compare this combination to enzalutamide alone to see which works better. Participants must not have had other cancer treatments except for a type of therapy called *androgen-deprivation therapy* (ADT) for up to 3 months. The study involves several phases: screening, randomization (1:1 chance of receiving the new treatment or a placebo), treatment, safety follow-up, and long-term follow-up.
Who can join: Men aged 18 or older with a specific type of prostate cancer and not having received certain other cancer treatments. They must also be in good health otherwise.
- Study length includes screening, treatment, and follow-up phases.
- Participants may receive a combination of drugs or a placebo with enzalutamide.
- Participants should be aware of risks and the need to follow study guidelines strictly.
