18 years and older
All
Phase 1/2

This study is looking at a new treatment called **[212Pb]Pb-MP0712** for adults with Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) and other tumors that have a specific trait called **DLL3 expression**. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective. Patients will receive doses of the treatment and be closely monitored for safety and how their tumors respond.

**Key Points for Participants:**

  • The study is open to adults 18 or older with certain types of advanced cancer.
  • Participants need to have had some previous cancer treatments that did not work well.
  • Those with certain health conditions like uncontrolled illness or specific heart and lung issues may not be eligible.

**Important Details:**

The study has two parts: first to find the right dose, and second to learn more about how well it works and its safety. Participants will need to visit study centers for treatment and check-ups. Joining the study might help with understanding new cancer treatments, but there are risks since the treatment is still being tested.
