Phase 3

This study is for adults with too much body weight and a condition called obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) who are not using a treatment called positive airway pressure. Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a problem where breathing stops and starts during sleep. The study medicine, called NNC0487-0111, is being tested to see if it helps with weight loss and improves sleep apnoea. Participants will receive either the study medicine or a placebo (a fake treatment without active medicine) through injections under the skin once a week. The assignment of the real medicine or placebo is random, like flipping a coin.

Key Points:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • There will be weekly injections for the treatment.
  • Participants can't have high blood sugar (HbA1c ≥ 6.5%) or diabetes.

If you are interested, check the eligibility criteria carefully to see if you qualify for this study. It's important to discuss with your doctor to understand the benefits and risks before participating.
