This study aims to help cancer patients manage their medical expenses through financial counseling and support called **CostCOM**. Cancer treatment can be very expensive, leading to financial hardship, which might cause patients to delay or stop their treatment, affecting their quality of life. To help with this, CostCOM provides education and connects patients with resources to reduce these financial burdens.
Patients will be randomly placed into two groups:
- **Group A**: Receives a brochure about financial services.
- **Group B**: Gets regular financial counseling sessions over the course of a year.
Participants are followed up for 12 months to see how well they stick to their treatment plans and if their financial stress is reduced.
