**The Effects of Chiropractic Care on Inflammation and Quality of Life in People Living With HIV** This study explores if chiropractic care can help people with HIV feel better and if it affects their blood markers, which are tiny clues in your blood about your health. HIV is a virus that attacks the immune system. The study will compare people who receive chiropractic care and those who do not. Chiropractic care involves adjusting the spine to help the body feel better. Participants must be at least 18 years old, have an HIV diagnosis, and agree to online surveys, sharing lab results, and random selection for chiropractic care or no treatment. People who are already in similar studies, getting chiropractic care elsewhere, or have certain health issues cannot join. **Key Points:** - Participate for once-a-week chiropractic care or no treatment for comparison. - Complete online surveys and share lab results. - You must not be in other HIV trials or have certain health conditions to join. This trial will help researchers understand if chiropractic care makes a difference for people with HIV.
