Phase 3

This study looks at how a new medicine called enpatoran works for people with skin problems from lupus, a disease that can affect the whole body. Lupus can cause skin rashes and other skin issues. The study lasts up to 35 weeks, with treatment for 24 weeks. You'll need to visit the doctor every 4 weeks, except for a video call in Week 2. You'll take a pill called either enpatoran or a placebo, which is a pill that doesn’t have medicine, to see if enpatoran helps.

  • The study lasts about 35 weeks, with regular check-ups every 4 weeks.
  • Participants will take a tablet (either the actual drug or a placebo) for 24 weeks.
  • Participants with certain other health conditions may not be eligible.

To join, you must have lupus affecting your skin, and your vaccinations must be current. If you have other serious health issues, you may not be able to participate. This study aims to find out if enpatoran is safe and helps with lupus skin problems.
