The Global Paradise System US Post Approval Study looks at how well the Paradise Ultrasound Renal Denervation System works for people whose high blood pressure doesn't improve with lifestyle changes and medicine. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of your blood vessels. The study uses a special tool (a catheter) that sends heat to calm the nerves around the kidneys' blood vessels, which helps lower blood pressure.

Participants must have high blood pressure and be using blood pressure medicine. They will have the procedure and monitor their blood pressure at home. The study will track their health for 5 years. They will also answer questions about their well-being. Some people can't join, like those under 18 or pregnant, or those with certain kidney issues.
