This study is for adults with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV), a condition causing skin to lose color in patches. The purpose is to check how well a new drug called LY4005130 is tolerated and if it causes any side effects. The drug is given through a vein in the arm (IV). A placebo, which looks like the drug but has no active ingredients, will also be used for comparison. Blood tests will be taken to see how the body handles this drug. The study lasts about 48 weeks, including the time it takes to see if participants can join.
Key Points:
- The study lasts 48 weeks, including screening.
- Participants will receive the drug intravenously (IV) and have blood tests.
- Some people might not qualify, like those with other skin conditions or previous JAK inhibitor use.
