Study Overview: This study is testing a new treatment for advanced or returning endometrial cancer. The treatment adds a drug called bevacizumab to the usual chemotherapy drugs, carboplatin and paclitaxel, and an immunotherapy drug, pembrolizumab. Bevacizumab stops blood vessels from feeding the cancer, which may slow its growth. The goal is to see if this combination works better than the usual treatment.
Key Points:
- Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups.
- The study requires regular visits for treatments and tests over several months.
- Participants will be monitored regularly for up to 5 years after treatment ends.
Eligibility: To join, patients must have stage III, IVA, or IVB endometrial cancer that is pMMR and TP53 mutated. They can’t have had certain previous treatments and must meet health criteria like blood counts and kidney function. Pregnant or nursing women cannot participate.
