This study is looking at how well a new treatment called **Ixoberogene Soroparvovec (Ixo-vec)** works for people with **neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD)**, a condition that affects the eyes and can lead to vision loss. People with nAMD often have to get frequent eye injections, but Ixo-vec might help reduce this need.
The study will compare a single injection of Ixo-vec to another treatment called **aflibercept**. The main goal is to see if there is a change in how well people can see after the treatment. The study will check this at **Weeks 52 and 56** after treatment.
**Key Points:**
- The study involves getting one eye injection and checking vision change over a year.
- Participants must be at least 50 years old and able to use eye drops.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women cannot participate.
Participants should be willing to attend all study visits and meet certain health criteria. The study aims to make treatment easier and possibly more effective for those with nAMD.
