Phase 2

This study is to test a new medication called GXV813 for adults with schizophrenia, a mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. The study will check if the medication is safe, how well people can handle it, and if it helps improve symptoms of schizophrenia.

  • The study is for adults aged 18 to 65 who are currently experiencing a flare-up in symptoms and need to stay in the hospital.
  • Participants should not have any other major mental health issues besides schizophrenia.
  • The study requires staying in the hospital for a certain period, except for follow-up visits.

Participants must be able to understand and agree to the study rules. They cannot have been treated with certain other drugs recently. If you join, you'll help researchers learn more about GXV813's effects on schizophrenia symptoms.
