This study is testing a new medicine called **MET097** that is given as a shot once a week. It's for adults who are overweight or have obesity, but not diabetes. The study will last for about **84 weeks**, which is over a year and a half. The main focus will be checked after **64 weeks**. To join, you need to have a **BMI** (Body Mass Index, a measure of body fat) of 30 or more, or between 27 and 30 if you have health issues like high blood pressure or heart problems. You can't join if you have diabetes, had a big weight change recently, or have certain health histories like thyroid cancer or pancreatitis.
