Phase 1

This study is testing a new medicine called CTX-8371 for people with advanced cancers. The study is in Phase 1, which is the first time this drug is being tested in humans. It will check how safe the drug is and how the body handles it. There are two parts: Dose Escalation (trying different doses to see which is safest) and Dose Expansion (testing a dose that seems to work well). The drug is given as an IV infusion (medicine through a vein) every two weeks.

  • The study involves regular visits every two weeks for IV infusions.
  • Participants must be 18 or older with specific types of cancer that have not responded to other treatments.
  • There are certain health conditions that might exclude participation, such as recent organ transplants or active infections.

Participants should be aware of the commitment to visits and the potential side effects of a new treatment. It is important to discuss with doctors to see if this study is a good fit. There is no mention of compensation in the study details.
