The study aims to understand how the LibAirty™ Airway Clearance System helps adults with bronchiectasis, a lung condition causing coughing and mucus build-up. The main question is how often people with bronchiectasis have lung flare-ups while using the LibAirty system at home. Participants will use their own LibAirty system as prescribed by their doctor and continue with regular clinic visits over 12 months.
- Study lasts 12 months with up to 4 questionnaires at regular doctor visits.
- Participants need to already have the LibAirty system at home; it is not provided.
- No new treatments are introduced during the study.
Participants must be at least 21 years old, have a specific chest scan diagnosis, and a regular treatment plan that includes seeing their doctor every 6 months. They should not have changed their treatment recently. Pregnant individuals or those unable to use the device independently cannot join. The study collects information during regular clinic visits to learn about symptoms, hospital visits, and the effectiveness of the LibAirty system.
