Phase 1

This study is about testing new drugs, Iberdomide (CC-220) and CC-99282, with a standard treatment called R-CHOP-21 for a type of cancer called lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system, which is part of the immune system. The study is divided into two parts. In the first part, researchers will figure out safe doses of the new drugs. In the second part, participants will get the new drugs at these safe doses along with R-CHOP-21. R-CHOP-21 is a combination of medicines (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone) given every 21 days. This study helps to see if adding new drugs to R-CHOP-21 works better.

  • Participants should be 18 or older with a specific type of lymphoma.
  • There are strict health criteria to join, including tests and pregnancy prevention measures.
  • Risks include potential side effects from the drugs; consult your doctor if interested.

Joining this study means regular visits for treatment and monitoring, and there may be risks like side effects from the drugs. Always talk to your doctor to understand if this study is right for you.
