Study Objective: This study looks at how well a treatment called LECIGON® (a combination of levodopa, entacapone, and carbidopa) works to reduce "OFF time" (times when Parkinson's symptoms are not controlled) in people with advanced Parkinson's disease over 12 months. Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that affects movement, causing symptoms like shaking and stiffness. The treatment involves a gel that helps manage these symptoms.
Eligibility: Adults 18 and older with advanced Parkinson's and severe movement problems can join if their doctor decides LECIGON® is right for them and they’ve used a similar treatment for at least a month. They must agree to participate.
