Phase N/A

This study is testing a program called **STELLA-FTD** to help people who take care of loved ones with a condition called frontotemporal degeneration (FTD). FTD is a type of dementia that affects behavior and language. The program uses videoconference sessions to share resources and support. The study involves 640 participants: 320 Care Partners and 320 Care Recipients. Care Partners are family or close friends who help someone with FTD. Care Recipients have FTD but won't participate in the session; however, information about them will be collected.

  • The study lasts 10 weeks with 8 video sessions, each 1 hour long.
  • Participants will be randomly placed in either a test group or a control group.
  • Care Partners need to fill out several surveys during the study.

To join, Care Partners must live in the US, provide at least 4 hours of weekly care, and have a phone, email, and mailing address. They should also be able to participate in English and have access to a computer.
