Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that affects movement. This study aims to improve care for Parkinson's patients using a telemedicine network called ParkinsonNetz RheinMain+. Telemedicine means using technology to provide healthcare from a distance. An Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) specializes in Parkinson's disease care, coordinating personalized treatment plans for patients.

By using telemedicine and the expertise of APNs, the study hopes to better manage symptoms and improve the health of those living with Parkinson's. APNs work with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure everyone is well-informed and supported.

• The study is conducted in the Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate regions.
• Participants must have Parkinson's and be able to give consent.
• Exclusions include severe mental health issues, substance abuse, and other medical conditions.
