Parkinson's disease (PD) is a brain condition that gets worse over time. It can cause shaking, stiffness, and slow movements. This study checks if a medicine called Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa helps adults in Germany with early advanced PD. The medicine is already approved for treating PD and will be given through a small needle under the skin. About 125 adults will be part of this study at around 20 places in Germany.
Participants will take the medicine as their doctor tells them and will be watched for up to 12 months. They will go to the hospital or clinic regularly as they usually do, with no extra visits needed for the study.
