This study aims to find out if combining strength training (like lifting weights) with aerobic training (like walking or cycling) is better for people with Parkinson's disease than just doing aerobic training alone. Parkinson's disease is a brain disorder that affects movement and causes shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with balance and coordination. Participants will have their progress checked before and after 12 weeks of training and again 3 months later. They will come to the clinic twice a week for 1-hour training sessions. Some participants will receive a smartwatch to track their steps.
- Duration: 12-week training with follow-up measurements 3 months later.
- Commitment: Visit clinic twice a week for 1-hour sessions.
- Tools: Some participants will use a smartwatch for step counting.
