**Study Summary:** This research is a Phase 3 study to check if boric acid inserts help treat Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (VVC), a yeast infection that affects the vagina and vulva. Participants will insert boric acid (600 mg) into the vagina for either 7 or 14 days. A placebo, which looks like the real medicine but isn't, will be used for comparison. The study is done in a way that neither the participants nor the researchers know who receives the actual treatment or placebo to ensure unbiased results. Participants will use an electronic diary to track their symptoms daily until Day 28, and they will have four clinic visits and one phone follow-up.
