Phase 2/3

This study is about a new medicine called PF-07275315 for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). COPD is a lung disease that makes it hard to breathe. The study is checking if this medicine is safe and works well.

  • Participants will either get the study medicine or a placebo, which is a fake medicine that looks real but has no effect.
  • The study has two parts: Phase 2 lasts about 40 weeks with 11 clinic visits, and Phase 3 lasts about 68 weeks with 18 visits.
  • Participants must be 35-80 years old, have moderate-to-severe COPD for at least 12 months, and have experienced at least 2 bad flare-ups in the last year.

If you join, you'll get several shots over 24 weeks in Phase 2 and over 52 weeks in Phase 3. The study will compare people taking the real medicine to those on the placebo. This helps researchers find out if the medicine is safe and effective for treating COPD.
