Phase 3

This study looks at how a new treatment, **AURN001**, works for adults with corneal edema, a condition where the cornea (the clear front part of the eye) gets swollen due to problems with the corneal endothelial cells (the cells lining the back of the cornea). The study compares a single injection of AURN001 to a placebo, which is a substance with no active medicine. People can join the study if they have corneal edema that needs surgery called endothelial keratoplasty and have a certain range of vision. However, they cannot join if they have other eye diseases that get worse over time.

  • The study involves a single injection treatment to test its safety and effectiveness.
  • Participants need to have specific vision levels and conditions to join.
  • Some eye diseases might prevent participation.
