Phase 2

This study is exploring how safe mRNA vaccines are against the flu and how well they help the body fight off the flu virus. mRNA vaccines use a tiny piece of the virus's genetic material to teach the body to recognize and fight the virus. The study is looking for healthy people aged 18 or older. Each participant will get just one shot, which could be a new experimental flu vaccine or a regular flu vaccine for comparison.

People in the study will participate for about 6 months. They will need to visit the study site at least three times. At each visit, a blood sample will be taken to check the body's response. During the first visit, a nose swab will also be taken.

  • Duration: Study lasts approximately 6 months, with at least 3 visits required.
  • Treatment: Participants receive only one dose of a flu vaccine.
  • Eligibility: Must be healthy and not have had the flu or a flu vaccine in the last 5 months.
