This study is exploring two treatments for a type of cancer called advanced proliferative chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). CMML is a blood cancer that affects how blood cells grow in the body. Two drugs will be tested: pacritinib and hydroxyurea. Participants will be randomly chosen to take either pacritinib or hydroxyurea for up to 48 weeks.
