Study Overview: This clinical study compares two ways of giving the drug Lumason® to patients. Lumason® is a special liquid used in heart imaging tests called echocardiograms. The study looks at using a continuous drip (like an IV) of diluted Lumason® versus a single quick dose (bolus) of undiluted Lumason® to see which works better for heart imaging. The focus is on how well it shows the heart and its left ventricle, which is a part of the heart that pumps blood.
Who Can Join: Adults 18 or older with certain heart imaging issues can join. They should not have severe heart problems or allergies to the study drug, and should not be pregnant. Participants must agree to follow the study rules.
- Study Length: Participation involves a one-time imaging test with two different Lumason® methods.
- Risks: Possible risks include reactions to Lumason®, but serious side effects are rare.
- Compensation: Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel.
