This study looks at two ways to help people with heart failure by making their hearts beat in a better rhythm. The first method, called **Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)**, uses a tiny wire placed in a vein on the heart's left side. The second method, **Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing (LBBAP)**, places the wire in a special part of the heart called the Left Bundle Branch Area. Although the LBBAP wire is approved by the FDA, it is not specifically for heart failure treatment.
Eligibility to join the study includes being 18 or older, having certain heart conditions, and being willing to attend regular study visits. The study will not accept participants with certain heart problems or who have had certain heart treatments before.
- Participants must be willing to attend follow-up visits and tests.
- Participants can't have certain heart problems or treatments before joining.
- The study involves using special wires to help the heart work better.
This study will help doctors understand which method is better for treating heart failure.
