Phase 3

This study aims to test a medicine called IPN10200, which may help reduce wrinkle-like lines between the eyebrows, known as glabellar lines. These lines often appear as we age or make repeated facial expressions. At first, some adults will receive IPN10200 or a placebo (a fake treatment) to see how the medicine works without them knowing what they got. Later, all participants may receive IPN10200 to check its long-term effectiveness and safety. Participants will have health check-ups, including blood tests and heart activity recordings (ECG). They also fill out surveys and keep a diary.

  • The study lasts up to 107 weeks, which is a little over 2 years.
  • It involves multiple visits, especially in the first month, and then once every month.
  • Participants can choose to leave the study whenever they want.

To join, participants must be at least 18 years old and have moderate to severe glabellar lines. They should not have certain conditions like active skin infections or recent facial surgeries. This study is an opportunity for those who want to explore treatment for eyebrow wrinkles but does come with some time commitment and health evaluations.
