This study tests if a medicine called Eloralintide helps people with knee osteoarthritis (a joint disease) who are overweight or obese. It lasts about 75 weeks, including a time for initial check-ups called screening. To join, you must have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27 or higher, which is a way to measure body fat based on height and weight. You should also have had no major weight change in the last 90 days and have osteoarthritis in your knee.
