Phase N/A

This study looks at how different amounts of nicotine and pH levels in nicotine pouches (NPs) affect how they feel, how much people like them, and if they could lead to problems from overuse. Nicotine pouches are small packets that dissolve in your mouth, providing nicotine without tobacco. They've become popular among young adults, but there are health concerns like oral toxicity and heart issues. The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) may regulate these products more strictly because they can be very appealing and possibly harmful. The study will focus on the effect of nicotine concentration and pH balance in NPs.

  • Participants must be regular users of nicotine pouches, e-cigarettes, and tobacco.
  • The study is not for those planning to quit nicotine soon or with certain health issues.
  • This research aims to help understand how NPs work and guide future regulations.
