This study looks at how using a special system called the Rehabilitation Treatment Specification System - Voice Therapy (RTSS-Voice) can help people with **muscle tension dysphonia (MTD)**, a voice disorder that occurs when muscles around the voice box are too tight. The study involves **voice therapy** and aims to see if using RTSS-Voice helps patients get better results. **Key Points:** - **Duration & Participation:** The study will include 300 patients each year from five different voice centers, totaling 600 patients over two years. - **What to Expect:** Participants will have their voice measured before and after therapy using different tests, including patient feedback and voice quality checks. - **Eligibility:** Only patients diagnosed with primary MTD without major structural or neurological issues can join. Non-English speakers are not eligible since the system is in English. Patients will be divided into two groups. One group will be treated during the first year of using RTSS-Voice, and the other during the second year, to see if there's an improvement in outcomes over time.
