Phase 2

This study is testing a medicine called KT-621 for people with eosinophilic asthma (a type of asthma with certain white blood cells causing inflammation). The study wants to see how well KT-621 works and if it's safe for people to use. Participants must be 18 to 75 years old and have had asthma for at least a year. They should be on a stable asthma treatment plan and agree to follow study rules, like visiting the clinic and filling out questionnaires.

To join, you should not have other lung diseases or be pregnant. You also shouldn't have had severe asthma flare-ups recently. If you smoke or use vaping products, you can't join unless you've quit for a certain time. The study lasts for several weeks, and you will need to visit the clinic for check-ups and tests.

  • The study involves regular clinic visits, so you must be willing to travel.
  • Participants must already be on certain asthma medications.
  • Compensation for time and travel may be provided, but details are not specified.
