**This study** is testing a new eye medicine called DFL24498 for patients with AKC, which stands for Atopic Keratoconjunctivitis. AKC is an eye condition that causes itching and discomfort. The study will last about 4 months and has 3 parts: a **Screening Period** to check if you qualify, a **Treatment Period** where you use the medicine for 12 weeks, and a **Follow-up Period** for 4 weeks. 138 people will be part of this study. To join, you need to be 18-65 years old and have AKC in both eyes. You also need to have symptoms like eye itching and redness. You cannot join if you have certain diseases or if you can’t understand the study instructions.
