This study is testing a new insulin pump called NMX8 for people with diabetes. The pump works with a sensor called Disposable Sensor 5 (DS5). People with Type 1 diabetes who are 7 to 85 years old and those with Type 2 diabetes who are 18 to 85 years can join. For the first 40 days, participants will wear the DS5 sensor and record their meals and exercise. Then, they will be randomly assigned to one of three groups to use the NMX8 pump for 90 days.
- The study lasts for up to 130 days (40 days with DS5, then 90 days with NMX8).
- Participants need to record meals and exercise daily.
- You may be able to continue using the pump after the study if you like it.
Participants must consent to the study, use specific insulins, and be willing to upload data. Those with recent severe hypoglycemia or other listed health issues may not be eligible. You cannot join if participating in another trial or if you have certain medical conditions.
