Study Overview: This study will check if the medication **ublituximab** can help improve walking and reduce the chance of falling in people with **relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS)**, which is a disease where the immune system attacks the nerves. **Ublituximab** is a treatment given over 48 weeks to 25 people. Participants' walking and thinking skills will be tested before treatment, halfway through, and after the treatment ends. They will also wear a safety harness and walk on a treadmill to test their balance.
