This study is testing a new therapy called AZD0120 for adults with a type of lupus (a disease where the immune system attacks its own body) known as refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). This means traditional treatments haven't worked well for them. The study has two parts: the first part checks if the treatment is safe and tolerable, and the second part checks how well it works. The study uses a special type of therapy called CAR T cell therapy, which involves using modified immune cells to fight diseases.
