This study investigates how two medications, *baxdrostat* and *dapagliflozin*, affect people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and high blood pressure. CKD is when your kidneys don't work as well as they should. We'll compare these medicines to see if they help reduce albuminuria, which is too much protein in the urine, a sign that kidneys aren't working well. The study is double-blind, meaning neither participants nor researchers know who gets which treatment, and it happens in different places around the world.
Participants must be 18 or older and have certain health conditions. You might need to stop taking some medicines before starting. The main goal is to check how these medicines affect albuminuria.
- The study is international and double-blind, ensuring unbiased results.
- You must be 18+ and meet health criteria to join.
- Participation requires stopping specific medications.
